Position statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Actively hiring — candidates can be added and interviews scheduled |
| Paused | Hiring is on hold — no new activity, existing applications stay |
| Closed | Hiring is complete or cancelled — the position is no longer active |
You can change the status at any time from the position detail page.
Scorecard fields
Scorecard fields are what interviewers rate when they submit feedback for a candidate. They're defined per position — so you can tailor them to the role.
Default fields when creating a position:
- Technical skills
- Communication
- Culture fit
You can edit, add, or remove fields before any interviews are sent. Fields are rated on a 1–5 scale.
Managing candidates on a position
From a position's detail page you can:
- Add a candidate — link an existing person in your workspace to this position as a candidate
- View applications — see all candidates, their interview status, and the feedback collected so far
- Open an application — view the full scorecard for a specific candidate, send interview invitations, and share the scorecard
Candidates need to exist in your People list first. If someone isn't in the system yet, add them via People → Add person before linking them to a position.
