Payslips

Payslips are available from locked payroll runs.

View your payslips

1. Open the profile menu in the top-right corner.
2. Select My payslips.
3. Find the relevant payroll period.
4. Select the download action.

If My payslips is not shown, your role does not currently have permission to read its own payslips.

Download a payslip for someone else

Payroll managers can download an individual's payslip from the corresponding locked payroll run. Access is controlled separately from general People access because payroll data is sensitive.

No payslip is available

Check that:

• The payroll run has been locked.
• The person was included in the run.
• You have the required payroll permission.
• You are viewing the correct workspace and payroll period.
