Navigation Overview
WORKloom uses a left-hand navigation menu. What you see depends on your workspace role and permissions.
Main areas
- Dashboard — configurable summaries and actions for the information most relevant to you.
- People — members and candidates, including profiles, contracts, leave, files, interviews, permissions, and activity.
- Contracts — workspace-wide contract records and AI-assisted contract extraction.
- Projects — initiatives that can be linked to time entries.
- Time Entries — personal or team time, approvals, date ranges, and reports.
- Leave — requests, balances, approvals, and the team calendar.
- Expenses — reimbursement claims, document extraction, approvals, payments, and configuration.
- Payroll — gross-pay calculation, payroll review, locking, and exports.
- Recruitment — open positions, candidates, interview assignments, and feedback.
- Files — files you are permitted to access across workspace records.
- Org Chart — reporting relationships and workspace structure.
- Settings — workspace modules, roles, policies, integrations, and administrative configuration.
Some entries contain sub-navigation. For example, Leave includes Approvals and Calendar; Expenses can include Approvals and Payments.
Profile menu
Open your avatar or name in the top-right corner to reach your own profile and, when permitted, My payslips. The menu also contains workspace and account actions relevant to your session.
Permission-aware navigation
A missing navigation item does not necessarily mean a feature is unavailable to the workspace. It may mean your role does not have permission to view it. Ask a workspace owner when you believe access is missing.
Finding your way
Lists offer filters and date controls appropriate to their content. Selecting a person's name opens their profile, where related information is grouped into tabs.
